THE POSITION:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with management and employees to implement HR initiatives and programs that align with business objectives. Using a working knowledge of applicable employment laws and Human Resources best practices, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides human resources-related operational support, guidance and recommended solutions to business leaders and team members, regarding policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, corrective actions, investigations, terminations, and any team member relations functions to ensure alignment to our mission.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Assist with HR sourcing and recruitment efforts
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues
- Manage conflict resolution and mediation processes
- Develop and implement affirmative action planning initiatives
- Collaborate with management on succession planning strategies
- Utilize HR systems such as Dayforce and Workday for data management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR function
THE QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in human resources with a focus on strategic HR business partnering. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline preferred; orcombination of HR education and minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience working in the Human Resources field in a Leadership role
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience with handling employee relations, investigations and managing complex employee issues, and conflict resolution
- PHR certification preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce or ADP is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,200.00 per year
