TemporaryEssential Job Duties
To provide technical support to researchers and graduate students of the NCSU Weed Biology and Ecology Laboratory. The activities that the person will conduct include:
- Plant planting, maintenance, harvest under laboratory, greenhouse, and field conditions.
- Plant measurements including counts, height, weight, moisture.
- Data entry and processing in databases
- Maintenance of laboratory and storage space to comply with safety protocols.
- Conduct plant diversity surveys
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Depending on experimental activities, hours can change, but his will be under exceptional conditions.

- Familiarity with experimental procedures
- Desire to learn about plant biology and management
