The top-ranked Department of Health Management & Policy in the School of Public Health offers three graduate educational programs related to healthcare and public health services:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Graduate Program Coordinator to manage two of the educational programs, the Executive Master's and Ph.D. programs. For more information on the department or specific programs, please see the links below:

Responsibilities*

Program Administration
Manage, coordinate, and execute all components of the Executive Master's and Ph.D. programs.

Advising, Guidance & Counseling
Advise and counsel students on curricular, administrative, and funding matters.

Admissions and Recruitment
Serve as the program lead for admissions and recruitment.

Required Qualifications*

Work Locations

HMP currently operates in a hybrid work environment, consisting of both in-person and remote work.  The current expectation is 2-3 days of on-site work per week with occasional evenings or weekends for departmental and program events (such as executive on-site weekends, recruiting events)

Modes of Work

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.

Background Screening
