Peraton is hiring a Fleet Support Reresentatvie Supervisor in San Diego, CA. This will be a hybrid role to work both on and offsite.

What you'll do:

Oversee and manages a global team of Fleet Support Representatives.
• Review status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• 10 Years of MK 18 Family of Systems operational experience, including a minimum of 2 years of deployed operational experience (e.g., Fifth Fleet Operations).
• 3 years of experience operating MK 18 FoS advanced sensors to include Atlas and SSAM.
• 1 year of experience editing and validating MK 18 technical documentation, such as Software Users Manuals and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.
• Proficient in MS Office products, to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Must have a current and active Secret security Clearance.
