Your Role
The Benefits team expertly strategizes, analyzes and administers our competitive Benefits for all Blue Shield employees. The Benefits Analyst role will report to the Senior Benefits Manager. In this role you will be responsible for administering the benefits program, managing vendors, and assisting employees with escalated questions.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Requires at least 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge in benefits analysis and administration
- Requires strong working knowledge of current employment & benefits laws
- Requires ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion & good judgment
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 71280.00 to $ 99770.00 for California

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
