Job Summary

The University of Michigan-Dearborn invites applications for a part-time faculty position at the Lecturer I level for the period of January 8, 2025-April 30, 2025.  The position requires teaching a 4-credit hour undergraduate course, HHS 338 LGBTQ+ Health. HHS 338 introduces students to key concepts in LGBTQ+ health, including LGBTQ+ health disparities, LGBTQ+ health promotion, and LGBTQ+ health equity. The instructor must have materials and equipment prepared to teach fully online.

Desired Qualifications*

Candidates must hold a PhD in either Social Work or Public Health, have previous teaching experience in health policy and program evaluation, as well as experience working with LGBTQ+ populations. The instructor must also have materials and equipment prepared to teach fully online.
