Primary Purpose of Position:
- Design and produce high-quality print and digital media to promote Wellness and Recreation
- programs, services, and events, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Adhere to NC State’s Brand Guidelines.
- Create Custom Designs for publications, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop Social Media Graphics to enhance engagement and visibility across various platforms, aligning with Wellness and Recreation’s communication objectives.
- Collaborate with Program Areas to understand their communication needs and create visual materials that effectively address their challenges and objectives.
- Manage Multiple Projects through the Google Tables project management application, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Ensure Compliance with Wellness and Recreation’s internal policies and guidelines and ensure all work aligns with departmental and university standards.
- Attend Required Training and professional development opportunities to stay current on design software, marketing trends, and university policies.
- Assist in Other Departmental Functions as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working in a college or university setting, preferably in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
- Proven experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Please include a portfolio or work samples
